BEGINNING LEVEL CLASSES AKC STAR Puppy Kindergarten (puppies up to 6 months): Puppies & handlers learn sit, down, stand, come, pay attention, & leash manners. Problem solving is included. In addition, puppies who meet the criteria outlined in the AKC STAR Puppy program will receive the STAR Puppy medal & certificate. Puppies do not need to be purebred to participate! 109.00

Good Manners (dogs & puppies over 6 months): Dogs & handlers will learn sit, down, stand, stay, watch, come, leash manners, go to your place (and stay there) , and leave it. Problem solving is included. 99.00

Beginning Obedience & CGC (for dogs who have completed good manners): Dogs & handlers will learn formal heeling, stand for exam, drop, group stays, sit for petting & say hello, & recalls with fronts & finishes. A CGC test is included and will be given upon conclusion of the course. 109.00

A training plan is developed during the initial consultation, during which we can decide together how many sessions you will need based on your goals. Discounts are offered when you choose to purchase lesson packages rather than pay for sessions individually.

*Founder & active volunteer for the William Beaumont Army Medical Center Human Animal Bond Program, 10 years experience with therapy dogs
*Has completed AKC UDX (utility dog excellent) titles on two great danes, and a UD (utility dog) title on a third great dane. Dina owns one of the only two great danes in the nation to be invited to the AKC National Obedience Invitational in 2009, based on accumulated OTCH (obedience trial championship) Points.
*10 years experience volunteering for Great Dane rescue
